Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and assembly tools are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
